I keep thinking that if our school systems were simpler, this work would feel easier.
But they aren’t. And it doesn’t.
I’m constantly reflecting about how we teach, how we lead, and how systems shape both. This blog is a place to think out loud about STEM, equity, and leadership- without pretending the answers are simple.
I’m writing from the middle of my work in public education- still learning, still questioning, and still trying to do right by the people and systems I’m part of. These reflections are shaped by classrooms, coaching conversations, and what I’m learning along the way. If something here resonates or sparks more questions, I hope it invites more thinking- not final answers.
